The Private Chamber
for Venture Returns.
Diwan is not a robo-advisor, not a private stock exchange, not a crowdfunding platform, and not a wealth manager. Diwan is a software platform connecting private companies running liquidity windows, and VC funds managing allocations, with curated, qualified members to participate.
A diwan was historically the private chamber where rulers and trusted advisors gathered to make consequential decisions — away from the public.
Diwan Capital is that room for private markets. We exist for a specific type of member: financially sophisticated, self-directed, and accredited. These are individuals who actively manage their own wealth but have historically been locked out of institutional-grade venture access due to high minimums and opaque networks.
We started Diwan Capital because the members worth serving deserve a specialist, not a generalist. This is all we do.

Regulatory Stance
Diwan Capital is a technology platform — not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, or placement agent. We do not provide investment advice, take custody of assets, or execute transactions on behalf of members. All transactions are executed through locally licensed partners.
Diwan Capital operates under strict regulatory guidelines to serve qualified investors, professional investors, and accredited individuals globally. We perform comprehensive KYC and AML checks on all prospective members before granting access to the chamber.
All offerings are made pursuant to applicable private placement exemptions. We do not solicit the general public, and membership does not guarantee allocation in any specific opportunity.
